All prices and shipping & handling rates are in United States Dollars and are subject to change at any time, without notice. Listed prices do not include applicable taxes or duties. A 6% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped in Maryland.

All orders will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS, unless otherwise agreed upon. Shipping & Handling is calculated by zone/weight. All orders will be shipped to the billing address of the credit card/confirmed paypal address.

All Go-Peds® are covered solely by the manufacturer's 90-day warranty.

We are not responsible for typographical errors on this site, problems or errors with your internet connection, and/or your computer. We also can not be held responsible for any acts of God, war, terrorists, mother nature, mankind, etc. We are also not responsible if Go-Peds® are and/or becoming illegal in your local area.

Shipping Damage Policy: If your order is damaged in transit to you, email us immediately. We will issue a UPS call tag and have it picked up and sent back to us. Once we receive it back, we will sent you a replacement. If it is a Go-ped® that is damaged, do not use it before you send it back.
