Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and PayPal accepted through our secure online store. E-checks and American Express can also be used under the PayPal option.

Checks, cashiers checks, and postal money orders are accepted. Orders paid by a personal check will be shipped when check clears(up to 10 business days). If you wish to purchase by check or money order, select the items you wish to purchase online, at checkout you will have an option to print out our mail-in order form.

All prices and shipping & handling rates are in United States Dollars and are subject to change at any time, without notice. Listed prices do not include applicable taxes or duties. A 5% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped in Maryland.

All orders will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS, unless otherwise agreed upon. All orders over $100 require a signature at the time of delivery. Shipping & Handling is calculated by zone/weight. All orders will be shipped to the billing address of the credit card.

We cannot ship COD orders or to PO Boxes. Hawaii and Alaska are not included in any free shipping offers and carry an additional charge. We are only accepting international orders from the United Kingdom and Canada at this time. Click here for more detailed shipping information.

All Go-Peds® are covered solely by the manufacturer's 90-day warranty.

We are not responsible for typographical errors on this site, problems or errors with your internet connection, and/or your computer. We are also not responsible for any legal issues regarding your purchase. We also can not be held responsible for any acts of God, war, terrorists, mother nature, mankind, etc. We are also not responsible if Go-Peds® are and/or becoming illegal in your local area.

Returns: No returns or exchanges on used(gassed/oiled) products. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must include all parts, instructions, and packaging. No returns after 14 days after receipt. Shipping & Handling will not be refunded. All orders cancelled after completing your online transaction are subject to a 3% minimum processing fee. Do not send us anything without a return authorization number or prior approval. Your package will be refused and sent back to you.

All credit card fraud will be reported to the proper authorities and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Shipping Damage Policy: If your order is damaged in transit to you, email us immediately. We will issue a UPS call tag and have it picked up and sent back to us. Once we receive it back, we will sent you a replacement. If it is a Go-ped® that is damaged, do not use it before you send it back.
