Go-Ped® Repair Services

We offer complete repair services for all Go-Ped® models not under warranty. Need a tune-up? Piston replaced? Broken crank? ESR750 won't charge? Can't get the sprocket or spindle off? We do all these and more.

Labor is $60/hour for repair work billed in 15 minute increments. You will be charged for all OEM replacement parts used to repair your Go-Ped®. Shipping charges are your responsibility TO and FROM our location. (Drop-off service available for our local Metro DC/MD/NOVA customers)

We will only do the repair work you authorize us to be done. No work will be done before the following is completed:

1. Email us with the following: Your name, address, phone number, goped® model type, and work that is wanted. We will then give you an estimate and shipping instructions. Note: We will re-evaluate the estimate when we receive your go-ped®, due to the fact we are "doing this blind" and notify you if an adjustment up is required. We will then wait for your approval to continue.
2. You will need to provide the following to receive this repair service. Please complete and include these items when you ship your go-ped® to us:
• Info from #1 above.
• Payment for return services MUST be pre-paid.
3. You are responsible for packing your Go-ped® properly in transit to us. We will not be responsible for damage in shipping to us. Pack it so it doesn't move and is sitting straight forming a T in the box. If not padded correctly and positioned right, if dropped on one of the ends, the handlebars could get damaged. Also drain and wipe up all gas from the tank before shipping. DO NOT ship with gasoline in it!

Approximate Labor Charges

Here are some approximate labor charges you will be billed for your Go-ped® repair service. These are only estimates, so the time to repair your Go-Ped® could be different.
