Most orders are shipped UPS Ground by default from our location in Clinton, Maryland. You can also ship using UPS 3 day select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air for additional charges. If your order is over $100, it will require a signature at the time of delivery (this is to protect both you and us). All orders will be shipped the following business day for all in stock items under normal circumstances. You will be notified by email if we are out of stock. Shipping & Handling is calculated by zone/weight. All orders will be shipped to the billing address of the credit card. We do not ship COD orders. We also do not ship to PO Boxes. Hawaii, Alaska, and International orders are not included in any free shipping offers and carry an additional charge.

Below are the estimated transit times for UPS Ground shipping in business days (not saturdays, sundays, holidays, and/or the day you placed your order). Note: If you live in the 1 or 2 day area, do not select UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day select when ordering (since it'll get there before those times). If you live in the 3 day area, do not select 3 Day select.

Estimated Transit Time for UPS Ground

IMPORTANT! You will receive an email from UPS once your order shipped. It will include your UPS tracking number, your shipping address, and the estimated delivery date. From that you will know when your order will arrive. UPS does not schedule time periods for deliveries and we can not tell you when they will come to your house. They also do not guarantee delivery dates. All orders over $100 require a signature. If you will not be there on the estimated delivery date, arrange with a neighbor to sign for it and leave a note on your door to tell the UPS driver which neighbor to deliver your order to.

You can also track your order through our UPS Tracking page by your order number if you don't get an email from UPS.

Some part orders may be shipped through the US Postal Service Priority mail, and will take 1-3 days.

Shipping Damage Policy:

If your order is damaged in transit to you, email us immediately. We will issue a UPS call tag and have it picked up and sent back to us. Once we receive it back, we will sent you a replacement. If it is a Go-ped® that is damaged, do not use it before you send it back.
