At the current time, shipping is Free for all Go-ped® only orders® only orders shipped within the continental US. 2. When will my order be shipped?

3. How do I order?

5. Where are you located?

6. Can I get aftermarket products for my Go-Ped®?

7. How can I speed up my ped?

You can add up to 4 mph with a JetPro pipe. Click here for more info. You can also replace the stock spindle for a UMI spindle. This will add 2-3 mph to your ped. Click here for spindle info. You can also add a HP Carb or Air Filter and get 2-5 mph. Check them out here. Back to the Top.

8. Are Go-Peds® legal to ride? How old do I have to be?

Since laws vary State by State, you should contact your local government office for exact and up to date information. Most States only have safety equipment laws, such as helmets. In most States, Go-peds® are not considered motorized vehicles, since the engine is only 22.5ccs. Back to the Top.

9. Should I wear a helmet or any safety equipment while riding a Go-ped®?

YES! It is highly recommended (and required in some States) that you wear a helmet and other safety equipment while riding any scooter. Click here to check out our Pro-Tec safety equipment. Back to the Top.

10. What kind of oil do I use in my Go-Ped®?

11. What is the minimum purchase on parts and accessories?

12. Do you ship internationally?

No, at the current time we are not accepting any international orders. Back to the Top.

13. Do I have to pay tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you live in the state of Maryland. That sales tax is 5%. Back to the Top.

14. Do the peds come pre-assembled?

The Sport®, Geo-Sport®, Liquimatic®, Stealth®, Hoverboard®, X-Ped®, Grow-Ped®, and Know-ped® come fully assembled. The Bigfoot® and Geo-Bigfoot® model requires the wheels to be attached. And the Go-Quad® requires the seat to be attached. Back to the Top.

15. How will I know when my order shipped?

You will receive an email from UPS with your tracking number and information once your order has shipped. You can also track your package with your order number and going to our UPS Tracking page here. Back to the Top.

16. Will I need to be there for the delivery?

You will need to sign for your order if it is over $100. If you can not be there, arrange with a neighbor to accept the package. Back to the Top.
