3. All prices
and shipping & handling rates are in US
DOLLARS and are subject to change at any time, without notice. There is a $14.95
minimum purchase to purchase online. Listed prices do not include applicable taxes.
A 5% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped in Maryland.
4. All orders will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS, unless otherwise agreed upon. All orders over $100 require a signature at the time of delivery. Shipping & Handling is calculated by zone/weight. All orders WILL be shipped to the billing address of the credit card. We do not ship COD orders. We also do not ship to PO Boxes. Hawaii and Alaska are not included in any free shipping offers and carry an additional charge. We are not accepting any international orders at this time. 5. All Go-Peds® are covered solely by the manufacturer's 90-day warranty. We do not service them(at this time) except for warranty work within the first 3 months. We do not sell used Go-Peds®.
6. We are not responsible for typographical errors on this site, problems or errors with your internet connection, and/or your computer. We are also not responsible for any legal issues regarding your purchase. We also can not be held responsible for any acts of God, war, terrorists, mother nature, mankind, etc.
7. Returns: No returns or exchanges on used(gassed/oiled) products. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must include all parts, instructions, and packaging. No returns after 14 days after receipt. Shipping & Handling will not be refunded. All orders cancelled after completing your online transaction are subject to a 3% minimum processing fee. Do not send us anything without a return authorization number. Your package will be refused and sent back to you.
8. ANY and ALL credit card fraud will be reported to the proper authorities and you WILL BE prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
9. Shipping Damage Policy: If your order is damaged in transit to you, email us immediately. We will issue a UPS call tag and have it picked up and sent back to us. Once we receive it back, we will sent you a replacement. If it is a Go-ped® that is damaged, do not use it before you send it back.
